This role is offered on a remote basis across Germany OR Netherlands. You can of course choose to work in a hybrid way too with offices closest to you.

Your Mission

As the Content Marketing Manager for DACH you will develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy with a focus on developing content in audio, video, and written form. Your mission will be to educate our target audience and create demand for our solutions by creating, repurposing, and distributing high-quality content. You will work closely with the global content team to tell our story regionally and create content tailored to the needs of our potential customers on the DACH market. We seek a creative thinker with excellent writing skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Team

You will be joining the Revenue Marketing team, where our vision is to create one of the most recognizable brands in the B2B SaaS market (think Gong,, ClickUp). We aim to build brand affinity and solution awareness for our ICPs by continuously providing value through highly engaging content delivered at the right time and through the right channels.

Reporting directly to the Head of Demand Generation (DACH), you will be part of a diverse team which includes a global demand generation function consisting of Growth, SEO, and three regional teams (BeNeLux, DACH, and France).

Your 12-Month Journey

In the first three months, you will immerse yourself in Tellent's product offerings, the HR tech landscape, market competitors, and most importantly, our customers. You will have a good overview of our goals & objectives for the year and how you can support us in reaching them, work on your first campaigns, and get a good understanding of our current content assets and internal processes.

After six months, you’ve mapped out our content & campaigns roadmap and coordinated these with the different internal stakeholders to align efforts toward shared goals. You’ve launched your first integrated campaigns, own content development for DACH, and work collaboratively with the rest of the marketing team on experiments and optimization. You’ll spearhead content distribution and repurposing efforts to execute our demand gen strategy.

After one year, you are leading our content strategy in the region. Your work enables us to generate highly-qualified opportunities and has a demonstrable impact on our revenues. With your guidance, our content will set us apart in the market and contribute to our brand building strategy.

What You’ll be doing:

  • Working very closely with the demand generation manager and product marketing team, you will develop messaging to feed your content strategy for recruiters, HR managers, and Talent Acquisition leaders in DACH.

  • Define the DACH content strategy, and own the DACH campaign roadmap together with the demand generation manager.

  • Lead demand generation content creation efforts from idea to execution, including content repurposing and ungated content distribution best practices

  • Produce product-led content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells and amazes our audience across a variety of digital channels with a heavy focus on written, audio and video content.

  • Improve team forecasting and stakeholder visibility into our content production process by developing content plans, libraries, etc together with your content peers.

  • Closely work with our Social Media Manager to create and repurpose content for native platform consumption with a primary focus on LinkedIn.

  • Own localization of global content to the DACH region.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • A passionate storyteller with the ability to think beyond the current state and independently bring forward solutions.

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Proven ability to build a cohesive content strategy and plan for multiple channels.

  • Good communication skills and comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various levels.

  • Strong proficiency with social media, web and email marketing platforms.

  • Ability to understand and use data to derive insights, make decisions and influence outcomes.

  • Fluent in German, and you feel comfortable expressing yourself in English.
