The role can be hybrid from Poznań & Kraków, or remote across Poland
Your Mission
As our QA Specialist for KiwiHR product, you will play a key role in our development process by ensuring that our web applications meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our development and product teams to identify test scenarios, write and execute functional tests, and automate test processes. We are looking for a product-oriented person who understands the needs of the end users and who contributes to the continuous improvement of Tellent solutions.
About the team
QA specialist will be a part of the Development Team. You will work closely with the tech and product team of Tellent at KiwiHR product line. Every day you will work closely with our experienced team who will share their knowledge with you.
Your 12 month journey
The first 3 months: you learn everything there is to know about Tellent and KiwiHR, our products, the HR Tech eco system, and our clients. You’re fully integrated within the Tech Team at Kiwi product line. You understand the processes and are able to start handling your tasks.
After 3 months: you know product and your team. You are able to handle your tasks as well as the tools. You will be in charge ensure quality in product. You collaborate with tech and product teams to understand the expectations and functionalities of web applications.
After 6 months: You are full operational on your role and you do not hesitate to suggest and recommend improvements for our processes.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and executing test scenarios
Verifying new functionalities based on technical documentation
Testing web application on desktop and mobile
Analyzing and reporting bugs
Cooperating with developers to fix detected issues
Help develop stable and easy-to-maintain software
What you’ll bring to the team
At least 1 year of commercial experience in quality assurance
Fluent command of Polish
Written and spoken English skills on at least B2 level
Proven knowledge of testing process and tools
Passion for testing web applications to be even more intuitive and appealing for users
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it
Critical and analytical thinking
Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
Ability to work independently
Bonus points if you have basic knowledge of programming (HTML/CSS/JS), and/or ISTQB certification
