You can expect a structured and collaborative hiring process. We use our own product, Tellent Recruitee, to keep everything clear and transparent - so you always know what’s happening and what comes next.
Throughout the process, you’ll meet different people from the team and get a real sense of how we work, while we learn more about your experience and how you approach your work. It’s important to us that it’s a mutual fit - so you can also decide if Tellent is the right place for you.

This is what you can typically expect during our hiring process. It may vary slightly depending on the role, but the overall structure stays the same.

A video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Partners to get to know each other better. We’ll talk about your experience, what you’re looking for, and give you a clear overview of the role and Tellent.

You’ll start with an online assessment that helps us understand your working style, strengths, and how you approach challenges.
After that, you’ll meet the hiring team to dive deeper into the role, your experience, and how you think about your work in practice.

You’ll work on a practical case or assignment related to the role. This helps us understand how you think, structure your work, and approach real challenges - while also giving you a feel for the kind of work you’d be doing.
