DataOps System Analyst

Your Mission:

As a DataOps System Analyst, your mission is to transform business problems into technical solutions. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure our go-to-market tech stack is scalable and enables us to achieve our goals, ultimately helping to drive business growth and efficiency.

About the team: 

You will join our DataOps team, reporting to the DataOps Lead and working together with DataOps System Admin on technical challenges. Working closely with Revenue Operations, Go-to-market, and Finance teams, your role is to empower teams with the tools they need to improve efficiency and scalability.

Your 12-month journey:

During the first 3 months: you will learn more about the company, its products, key stakeholders, and data landscape. You will get experience working with our tooling (CRM) and individual user requests, directly contributing to improving processes from the first weeks. 

Within 6 months: you will become comfortable working on smaller projects with immediate effect, ensuring that our our operations are smooth. You will get used to our existing business processes and will be able to contribute to the technical implementation of the new ones. 

After 1 year: you will play a key role in improving our tech solutions, ensuring that the tech implementation of our business processes helps Tellent achieve its goals. You will be a point of contact for scoping and implementing projects, and together with the DataOps System Admin ensure that we are set up for success. 

What you’ll be doing:

• CRM administration

  • Handle ad-hoc requests for tech systems (e.g., CRM, middleware integration tools).   

  • Work together with the DataOps System Admin on projects aimed at optimizing the efficiency of our organization on the GTM and G&A side 

  • Improve existing and implement new technical solutions to existing business problems. 

  • Train end users on how our tooling should be used, ensuring that they are always up-to-date with the latest developments. 

  • Use software development best practices to develop, test, deploy, and maintain business automation and processes, guaranteeing business continuity within the organization.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enforce data governance policies, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance across systems.

What you’ll bring to the team:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, e.g., with a focus on administration of a CRM system.

• You have a good eye for detail but also are capable of seeing the bigger picture. 

• You know how to interact with stakeholders with different backgrounds or would like to get more experience in this area. 

• Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus.  

• Having a CRM (e.g., Hubspot or Salesforce) certification is a plus.
