As a Financial Controller, you are responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance and driving efficiency across entities and departments. With 3–5 years of experience in financial management, reporting, payroll and strategic planning, you bring strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is an exciting opportunity to make a strong impact and truly take ownership in a fast-paced, international environment.

About the team

You will be part of a Finance team dedicated to ensuring financial accuracy, transparency and efficiency. The team’s mission is to provide reliable reporting, maintain compliance and support strategic decision-making across the business. Collaborating closely with colleagues in Finance, Leadership and cross-functional teams, you’ll play a central role in shaping financial operations and driving sustainable growth.

Your first year as a Financial Controller

First 3 months

You’ll immerse yourself in our financial processes, ERP systems (NetSuite, Payhawk, Chargebee), and reporting standards. During this time, you’ll contribute to financial reporting and analysis, month-end closings, and compliance tasks. By the end of this period, you will have a solid understanding of our operations and be ready to take ownership of recurring processes.

After 6 months

You’ll independently manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring, while ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. You will also lead initiatives to strengthen internal controls, oversee audits, and coordinate tax planning. By this stage, you’ll be a trusted partner to both Finance and Leadership, providing insights that support data-driven decisions.

After 12 months

By the end of your first year, you’ll have established yourself as a key driver of financial efficiency and strategic planning. You’ll be recognised for your leadership in improving processes, guiding the team, and providing financial clarity across departments. With a proven track record, you’ll be ready to take on more complex projects or advance toward a senior financial controller or finance manager role.
