Your mission
As a growth marketer, your main mission is to help Tellent grow the pipeline generated in the DACH region through paid ads in combination with website conversion rate optimization. You’ll be reporting to the Head of Growth and work closely with the local marketing team. You are all about experimentation, execution, and getting things done. You’re looking for a role where you’re trusted with full ownership of your projects, collaborating with people from different disciplines, all in the pursuit of better performance in the DACH region.
About the team
As a growth marketer, you’ll be part of the Growth Team within the Marketing department. Our mission is to help Tellent grow its customer base by driving and scaling efficient customer acquisition strategies as well as conducting growth experiments across the marketing funnel. Within the team, we strongly believe that giving people autonomy and ownership of their projects and experiments leads to the best results. As a growth marketer, you’ll have a lot of freedom to come up with and carry out your experiments as you see fit.
Your 12-month Journey
Your first 3 months will be spent focusing on learning everything about Tellent, its products, and the organization. You will start optimizing our paid search and paid social campaigns for the DACH region, in line with the regional objectives, positioning and overall goals.
After 6 months, you will have taken ownership over all of our paid search and social efforts in the DACH region and you will have conducted a number of successful campaigns. You will work closely with the rest of the regional marketing team to come up with ideas and execute on them. You’ll also be involved in improving our website and building and optimizing landing pages.
After 1 year, you will be owning all growth activities in the DACH region. Together with the regional marketing team, you’ll be launching new campaigns on a continuous basis and reporting on the outcomes to improve our playbooks.
What you’ll do:
Creating, managing, and optimizing online ad campaigns on channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Creating and optimizing landing pages
Testing and scaling new paid channels
Improving the website through Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
Tracking, measuring, and analyzing all projects for future learnings and optimization.
Ensuring all technical aspects of marketing campaigns are properly configured and optimized
What you’ll bring to Tellent:
You are a native German speaking and are fluent in English
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
An understanding of the nature of B2B (SaaS) marketing
Experience with website CRO and the willingness to grow in this domain
You know your way around the key online ad channels (Google ads, Linkedin ads, etc) and are keen to discover new ones.
You know how to write ad copy that encourages clicks and conversions.
You are autonomous. You don’t wait to be told what to do.
You are tech-savvy and love finding your way around new tools
