Freelance Talent Acquisition Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Talent Acquisition Business Partner to own and drive full-cycle recruitment across a focused portfolio of 5 to 10 key positions spanning Go-To-Market (GTM) and Research & Development (R&D).

In this interim assignment, you will act as a true strategic recruitment partner to our hiring managers, leveraging your network and hands-on sourcing capabilities to engage tech and commercial talent in the European SaaS market.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment Ownership

• Active Direct Sourcing

• Candidate Experience: Maintain a high candidate touchpoint standard and advocate for a candidate-centric, and inclusive hiring workflow.

• ATS Hygiene: Maintain structured workflow hygiene in Tellent Recruitee.

Profile & Requirements

• Location: Based in the Netherlands with the ability to work on-site at our Amsterdam office 1 to 2 days per week.

• Dual Expertise (GTM + R&D): Proven track record of successfully hiring across both domain tracks.

• Network & Sourcing: Possess a strong, warm network within the European/Dutch Tech & SaaS ecosystem and an ability to independently source passive candidates.

• Language Skills: Professional fluency in English (working language). Dutch fluency is a plus.

• Availability: Available immediately or on short notice for 24-32 hours per week over a 3 to 5-month assignment (until target roles are filled).
