Your mission
Partnerships are one of our biggest growth potentials in the German-speaking markets. It has proven its effectiveness so far on an reactive G2M approach, and now we aim to accelerate our growth by leveraging you to proactively grow our partner network, define new partnership models and manage partner performance. You would do this in the lead of another partner management professional within the team.
About the Team
The DACH team is growing rapidly. The team covers the whole DACH territory and its mission is to develop the sales engine running and convert leads into long-term customers. Currently, the team is aiming to triple in size until the end of 2025.
What you'll be doing:
Revise and enhance existing partnership operational models to drive scalability, efficiency, and profitability.
Define and implement a structured partner incentive program to maximize partner engagement and mutual success.
Identify, engage, and acquire new strategic partners by developing compelling partner profiles and value propositions.
Develop and execute a comprehensive partner acquisition strategy targeting key players in the DACH region.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product Teams to align partnership activities with broader go-to-market initiatives.
Align with the General Manager DACH and senior leadership to ensure partnership strategy supports regional business objectives.
Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, advocating for partner needs and ensuring internal processes are optimized for partner success.
Job requirements
What you'll bring to the team:
Proven experience (5+ years) in partnership management or business development, ideally within the HR Tech or SaaS space.
Deep understanding of the German-speaking HR Tech market and solid network within the DACH region’s HR professional community.
Fluency in German (native or advanced level), with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong track record of developing and executing partner acquisition strategies, with a focus on growing and maintaining strategic partner relationships.
Solid experience in managing a partner portfolio, including developing joint business plans, tracking KPIs, and driving business growth.
Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams.
A network of relevant connections within the HR Tech or HR Professional community in the DACH region.
Experience working with or within a high-growth, fast-paced startup/scaleup or technology company.
Familiarity with CRM tools, partnership management software, and data analysis platforms.
