Your mission

As our Account Executive, you’ll hit the ground running closing deals with companies throughout our international markets. You’ll have a closing focused role in which you’ll convert leads to successful Tellent customers. The inbound leads you will be working on come from our different commercial channels such as Marketing, Partnerships etc. It will be your job to manage the sales pipeline from initial lead qualification to negotiating and closing the deal. In between, you’ll do product demos and build the foundation for a strong long-lasting relationship with the customer. Your focus will be on speed, precision, and impact, driving growth in one of Tellent’s most dynamic markets.

About the Team

Our Rest of World (RoW) Sales team is a tight-knit group of five: a Business Director, Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, and two Account Managers. Together, we cover more than 1,300 customers in international markets and are on a mission to convert qualified leads into high-value, long-term partnerships.

Your 12-month journey

The first three months, you will spend focusing on learning everything there is to know about the Tellent offering: understand the products, our processes, the teams, the customers and more. You will complete your onboarding including various sales training and will be already handling leads on your own. You will have a clear understanding of the processes relevant for your position but you will still be learning system knowledge and sales tactics. You'll start working leads early on, with close support from the team to help you ramp up quickly and confidently.

Month 4–6:

You’ll be running a full pipeline and progressing towards your full target. You'll navigate the suite with ease, adapt your sales style to different customer profiles, and demonstrate a clear command of the sales process from first contact to close.

Month 6–12:

You’re fully ramped and consistently hitting or exceeding targets. You’ll play a key role in shaping our strategy for RoW, sharing insights from the field and contributing to continuous improvement across the team.


What you’ll be doing

  • Manage the sales pipeline through sequential states of the sales process, initial lead qualification, product demo, negotiation through to close in the RoW market.

  • Work with the complete Tellent offering - Tellent Recruitee and Tellent HR. 

  • Own the full sales cycle and reach monthly sales goals.

  • Customize sales proposals and solutions for prospects.Build a strong understanding of the HRTech space and our customers’ needs.

  • Provide your insight and feedback on our products to ultimately make us the best recruitment / HR software around!


What you’ll bring to the team

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS/Software sales.

  • Previous experience in HRTech or selling ATS solutions is a strong advantage.

  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment.

  • Proven ability to run an organized and effective sales process, prioritizing tasks and managing the sales funnel.

  • Experience at a scale-up or in a fast-moving environment.

  • Native/Fluent in English. Nice to have Dutch/German/French

  • A team player attitude and a curiosity-driven mindset

  • Top-notch presentation and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships.

  • Competitive, with a drive to grow your market whilst upholding a high level of integrity.

  • Experience in selling a suite or multi-product offering is a plus.
