At Tellent, we're on a mission to help organisations attract, hire and retain the right people. Our products support thousands of companies across Europe, and we're looking for a Customer Campaign Manager Benelux to help our existing customers get even more value from our solutions.

As our Customer Campaign Manager for the Benelux region, you will design and execute marketing programs that engage, retain and grow our existing customer base.

You will work closely with Customer Experience, Account Management, Partnerships and Sales to create campaigns that increase product adoption, strengthen customer relationships, generate referrals, drive customer advocacy and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer journeys, creating meaningful customer experiences, and turning customer satisfaction into measurable business growth.

About the team

You will join our Benelux Marketing team and work closely with:

  • Customer Experience Managers

  • Account Managers

  • Partnerships team

  • Product Marketing

  • Content Marketing

  • Revenue Operations

Together, you'll ensure customers receive the right message at the right moment throughout their lifecycle.

Your first year as Customer Campaign Manager

During the first 3 months:

You'll immerse yourself in our products, customer lifecycle, customer segments and expansion opportunities. You'll review existing customer communications and begin supporting customer engagement campaigns, advocacy initiatives and review-generation programs.

You'll build relationships with Customer Experience Managers, Account Managers and other key stakeholders to understand customer needs and identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention.

Within 6 months:

You'll own the customer marketing calendar for Benelux, running lifecycle campaigns that increase engagement, product adoption, customer satisfaction, referrals and expansion opportunities.

You'll partner closely with Customer Experience and Account Management to support commercial goals, while developing targeted customer journeys and automation workflows that deliver the right message at the right time.

After 1 year:

You'll become the regional expert on customer growth marketing, shaping programs that strengthen retention, create customer advocates, drive referrals and contribute directly to expansion revenue.

You'll be a trusted partner to Customer Experience and Account Management teams, using customer insights and campaign performance data to continuously improve lifecycle marketing programs across the region.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and execute customer marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle

  • Create engagement programs that increase product adoption and customer value realisation

  • Design and run referral programs that encourage customers to recommend Tellent

  • Drive customer advocacy initiatives, including reviews on Trustpilot, G2 and customer success stories

  • Partner with Account Management and Customer Experience to support upsell and cross-sell opportunities

  • Build targeted customer communication journeys through HubSpot

  • Coordinate customer webinars, community initiatives and customer events

  • Develop customer nurture programs for different customer segments

  • Own the customer marketing calendar, budgets, timelines and campaign delivery

  • Measure campaign effectiveness through engagement, advocacy, referral and expansion metrics

  • Facilitate campaign retrospectives and continuously improve customer lifecycle programs

What you bring

  • Proven experience creating and executing customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing or B2B campaign programs

  • Experience creating customer engagement, advocacy or expansion campaigns

  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing principles

  • Fluent in Dutch (required, C1+) and English

  • Strong HubSpot experience, including workflows, segmentation, lifecycle automation and reporting

  • Comfortable working with customer engagement and commercial performance data

  • Experience collaborating with Customer Success, Account Management or Customer Experience teams

  • Knowledge of the HR technology space is a strong plus

  • Structured, proactive and highly organised working style

  • Curiosity and a customer-first mindset
