About the team:

The Marketing team at Tellent consists of over 20 professionals, distributed across our primary regions: DACH, France, and the Benelux. Our mission is to empower HR teams and leaders to unlock the full potential of their talent. Your 12-month journey:

During the first 3 months: You will spend the first few weeks diving into the products to reach an in-depth understanding of what value they bring to our customers as well as how we differentiate ourselves from the other platforms out there. You will then move into interviewing/exchanging with all regional stakeholders and to start establishing a project plan for topics such as the GTM strategy, and prioritizing your tasks.

Within 6 months: After three months, you’ll be fully focused on the execution of the plan, as well as implementing long term operating models to ensure consistent and efficient collection of customer insights, and the translation of these insights towards Product and Commercial teams for the DACH region. You’ll gather feedback from all stakeholders, and will move into an iterative process. You’ll collaborate with all other regional marketing functions to ensure maximum efficiency.

After 1 year: After one year, you’ll be considered as the go-to person when it comes to Product Marketing in the region. You’ll fully own the Product Marketing approach for DACH, and will be able to translate that into pragmatic decision making trees for all stakeholders to be aware of. You’ll have set up efficient collaboration flows between Product Marketing, the other Marketing functions, Sales, Partnerships, and will be able to contribute to the business’s long term vision.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll work on clarifying and solidifying our positioning in the DACH region

  • You’ll build messaging frameworks for the DACH Marketing and Commercial teams to leverage in their external communications.

  • You’ll work on enabling commercial teams to ensure they understand how to best talk about our products and therefore sell them.

  • You’ll lead the project for all new product launches.
