About the role

You actively listen to their needs and work with them to explore how they can further optimise their recruitment and HR processes.
About the team
You’ll join the Business Development team, part of our Benelux Go-To-Market (GTM) organisation. Together with your Business Development colleagues, you’ll work closely with our Account Managers to grow every client relationship. From day one, you’ll actively contribute to strengthening our partnerships.
Your first year
First 3 months: You’ll learn everything about Tellent: our Tellent Recruitee and Tellent HR solutions, our clients, and how we maintain and grow relationships. You’ll take part in onboarding and training, including SPICED, our conversation and qualification methodology. Before long, you’ll be in direct contact with clients, listening to their challenges and working together to find opportunities for improvement.
After 6 months: You’ve built trust and are consistently delivering well-qualified up- and cross-sell opportunities to your Account Manager(s).
After 1 year: We’ll look together at your next step in your career path — whether that’s towards Account Management, Sales, or another commercial direction. We’ll build this together in stages of 12 - 18 - 24 months.
What you’ll do:
Actively listen to clients and understand their challenges.
Identify commercial opportunities and pass them on to Account Managers in a structured way.
Think along with clients to suggest improvements and solutions that truly add value.
Follow up on campaigns and client projects together with Marketing and Partner Management.
Occasionally support outbound projects for the Business Development team.
Work with modern tools in a forward-thinking SaaS team.
What you bring to the team:
You thrive on connecting with people and enjoy building long-term relationships.
You have a commercial mindset and want to learn how to create qualified sales opportunities through a consultative and personal approach.
You speak and write fluent Dutch and have good English skills.
You are curious, ask plenty of questions, and aren’t afraid to learn by doing.
You are proactive and enjoy surprising clients with great ideas.
