What you’ll be doing

  • 🤝 Grow relationships: Build strong connections with existing Tellent clients and understand their needs.

  • 💡 Spot opportunities: Identify ways our solutions can further help them and hand over qualified opportunities to Account Managers.

  • 📣 Collaborate: Partner with Account Managers, Marketing, and Partner Management to strengthen every client interaction.

  • 🔍 Listen & advise: Ask smart questions, understand client challenges, and share ideas that add real value.

  • 🎯 Learn & develop: Join outbound and campaign follow-ups that sharpen your skills and expand your commercial toolkit.

Your first year at Tellent

  • Month 1–3: Onboarding, training (including SPICED methodology), product knowledge, and first client interactions.

  • Month 4–6: You’re confidently handling conversations and delivering well-qualified opportunities.

  • Month 7–12: Together, we’ll shape your career path — Account Management, Sales, or another direction within Tellent.
