About the role
As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll support hiring across different teams while developing strong skills in talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations.
A key focus of this role is proactively identifying and engaging talent, helping us build strong candidate pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
You’ll be part of the People Team, working within the Talent Acquisition function and collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner & VP of People, who together lead talent acquisition initiatives across the business. Together, you’ll partner with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire great talent while continuously improving the recruitment process and candidate experience.
This role is ideal for someone early in their recruitment career who is eager to further develop their skills in Talent Acquisition.
Your 12-month journey
First 3 months
Get familiar with our hiring processes, tools, and employer brand
Support active recruitment processes and interview coordination
Begin sourcing candidates for open roles
Within 6 months
Manage sourcing activities for several roles independently
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for priority positions
Conduct initial candidate screenings
After 12 months
Contribute to talent pipeline strategies and talent mapping initiatives
Strengthen sourcing channels and candidate engagement strategies
Take ownership of parts of the recruitment process
What you’ll be doing
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels, building and nurturing talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including engaging passive candidates
Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner to develop sourcing strategies and strengthen talent pools across key roles
Screen candidates and partner with hiring managers to assess alignment with role requirements
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process
Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and track pipeline progress
What you bring
Early-career experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a related role
Strong interest in proactive sourcing and pipeline building
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or sourcing tools is a plus
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
