Job description
As the Product Evangelist and GTM Lead for Tellent HR, your core mission is to ignite and drive growth for the Tellent HR product suite.
This includes the Manage & Grow modules and the Journeys add-on. You'll focus on both cross-selling to the existing Recruitee install base and new customer acquisition.
This is an entrepreneurial and strategic role accountable for achieving a significant ARR growth target. It's also highly cross-functional. You will:
Build the go-to-market plan.
Drive execution with the Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams in our core regions.
Manage the product feedback loop with the Tellent HR Product Manager.
Key responsibilities:
Build a GTM strategy and plan for Tellent HR and Journeys, including Ideal Customer Profile, target persona, value proposition, positioning and competitive differentiators and plan of attack for cross-sell to the Recruitee install base and selling bundles with Recruitee on NB deals
Understand the Core HR and Onboarding market, including competitors and trends
Enable sales teams in the core regions on how to sell it and who to sell it to and ensure they have the tools needed (eg demo environment)
Get involved in Tellent HR deals as needed: doing joint discovery or demos with the AE, writing or reviewing outbound email content or call scripts
Enable partnership leads and partners on how to drive referral leads
Work closely with the Tellent HR PM on the product feedback loop to ensure the product has the necessary capabilities to make customers successful on our chosen ICP
Reporting on progress every week to the Tellent HR steering committee, including GTM and ARR metrics
The profile we’re looking for:
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and strategically-minded leader who thrives at the intersection of product, sales and marketing. A natural storyteller with a deep understanding of the HR technology landscape.
Key competencies & experience:
Go-to-Market Leadership: proven experience building and executing successful GTM strategies from the ground up, resulting in measurable Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth.
Product expertise & evangelism: a strong track record of becoming the subject matter expert (SME) for a B2B SaaS product and effectively communicating its value proposition and competitive differentiators to internal teams, partners, and customers.
Cross-Functional driver: ability to influence and align distributed teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Partnerships) without direct reporting authority.
Sales acumen & support: experience engaging in the sales process, including conducting joint discovery sessions, delivering impactful demos, and providing direct support to the sales team on high-value deals.
Strategic & analytical thinking: The capacity to quickly understand market trends, competitor movements, and customer needs to define a clear Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and refine the product feedback loop with the Product Manager.
Data-Driven accountability: highly disciplined and organized, with a focus on defining, tracking, and reporting on key GTM and ARR metrics to senior leadership.
