Job description

As a Senior RevOps & Business Insights Manager at Tellent, your mission is to drive transformative growth initiatives and to be the architect of our industry-leading Go-to-Market (GTM) engine.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across the GTM team and other departments to refine strategies, transforming data into actionable insights to drive growth, efficiency and predictability. 

This role demands a combination of strategic vision, business acumen, and hands-on execution to directly impact Tellent's growth trajectory.

Responsibilities:

  1. Top-Funnel Revenue Operations:

    • Support both Marketing and New Business teams by designing and improving lead management, pipeline, and conversion processes.

    • Define and refine funnel KPIs, attribution models, and data flows from marketing automation to CRM.


  1. GTM Analytics & Business Insights

    • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key GTM performance metrics.

    • Lead recurring business analyses such as QBRs, pipeline health reviews, churn and lost-deal analysis, and conversion funnel performance.

    • Provide actionable insights to leadership by identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities across all GTM motions.

  2. Ensure CRM Data Accuracy and Hygiene:

    • Establish and govern CRM data standards, integrity rules and compliance processes to ensure a single source of truth for GTM Reporting.

  3. Design and Implement Process Improvements:

    • Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency and productivity of Marketing and New Business teams.

    • Provide data-driven strategic support to revenue leaders by modeling capacity planning and the financial impact of GTM initiatives. 

  4. Strategic Partnering:

    • Serve as the dedicated strategic partner to Marketing and New Business leadership, translating their goals into operational requirements. 

    • Support cross-functional strategic initiatives aimed at scaling growth efficiently.

    • Synthesize data and insights into clear recommendations to guide executive decisions.

Who you are:

  • +4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Business Analytics in a SaaS environment.

  • Strong analytical and data skills and experience with SQL, BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau), and CRM systems (Hubspot)

  • Experience with dbt Labs or Python would be a plus

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills 

  • Able to translate data into business impact.

  • Solid understanding of recurring revenue models, funnel metrics, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Finance stakeholders.
