However, it is not only our expectation to deliver best in class solutions, but we also strive to have the best sales representatives in the market to ensure at all times a fabulous customer experience. About the Team

The DACH team covers the whole DACH territory and its mission is to develop the sales engine running and convert leads into long-term customers. As the team is aiming to triple in size until the end of 2025, we are looking for a sales trainer to facilitate onboarding and skill development.

Your 12-month journey

First 3 months: You will get familiar with our products and our current sales approach and existing training materials. Based on your experience, you would revise and build-up our sales employee onboarding and development training plan and drive training creation in close collaboration with product, sales and marketing.

After 6 months: As we are currently heavily expanding, you will have helped many new colleagues during onboarding and created a good base of well-prepared account executives, sales development representatives and after sales experts. Your focus will be shifting from onboarding to continuous improvement and the implementation of a strong learning culture based on open exchange and best practice - in success and failure.

After 12 months: You will have helped to create a high-performing sales team for the DACH market and we will be on an amazing growth path. Our team is growing, our portfolio is growing, and showing what you achieved in the DACH region, you are tasked to scale your work with a small team into our other core markets France and Benelux.

What you'll be doing:

  • Conduct onboarding programs for new sales hires, providing them with essential knowledge of the company’s products, sales processes, and internal tools.

  • Ensure new sales reps understand the core values, selling points, and competitive advantages of our offerings.

  • Familiarize new hires with our CRM systems and internal processes to ensure smooth workflow integration.

Sales Methodology Training:

  • Deliver sales methodology training sessions that equip reps with the skills and tools to sell effectively.

  • Train on sales techniques, lead qualification, handling objections, closing strategies, and negotiation tactics.

  • Continuously improve and update training materials to reflect the latest sales strategies and market conditions.

Advanced Training & Development:

  • Offer ongoing coaching and training for sales reps, focusing on advanced sales methodologies, negotiation tactics, and closing techniques.

  • Conduct regular shadowing sessions, offering constructive feedback and guidance on real-life sales calls and meetings.

  • Create and deliver customized training programs to address skill gaps and continuously elevate the performance of sales reps.

  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify high-potential team members for advanced coaching opportunities.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

  • Work closely with Sales leadership and other departments (e.g., HR, Marketing) to align on sales goals, product offerings, and training needs.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in sales training, techniques, and tools, ensuring the team benefits from cutting-edge methodologies.

  • Collect feedback from sales reps to improve the training program and make adjustments as needed.
