Your mission
We are looking for ambitious and motivated individuals, with a true hunter instinct, to join our expanding sales team and to identify and generate as many qualified opportunities as possible for the Sales team, by being at the core of our outbound strategy for our DACH market.
About the Team
The DACH team is growing rapidly. The team covers the whole DACH territory and its mission is to develop the sales engine running and convert leads into long-term customers.
Your 12-month journey
First 3 months: You will spend focusing on learning everything there is to know about the Tellent offering: understand the products, our processes, the teams, the customers and more. You will complete your onboarding including various sales training and you will be handling leads on your own within your first month. A coaching cadence will be organized to set you up for success. There will be an expectation to be in the office 4 days per week during this time.
After 6 months: You are fully ramped up and deliver high-quality leads to our team of Account Executives. Together with the GTM organization you will engage in the campaign strategies that lead to achieving our revenue goals.
After 12 months: You will have the opportunity to continue developing yourself within your role and within the organization
What you'll be doing:
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to define and prioritize the prospecting strategy.
Identify and target strategic accounts that match our market.
Create and launch multi-channel prospecting campaigns (email, phone, social media, video, events) – your creativity is key.
Qualify leads and prepare the ground for Account Executives by gathering relevant information.
Understand prospects' challenges to establish trust and set up product demo meetings.
Track and analyze your performance, and proactively suggest improvements for prospecting processes (tools, methods, scripts).
Job requirements
What you'll bring to the team:
Recent graduate in a relevant field or previous experience in Sales Development.
Self-motivated and winning attitude combined with strong performance discipline.
Interested to work in a team environment, aligning with Account Executives to maximize performance output.
Excellent communication skills and commercial eagerness.
Confidence to take a consultative approach when qualifying prospects.
Strong interest in sales and technology.
Empathetic and persuasive, with a strong mix of emotional intelligence and business savviness.Interested to work at least 20hrs per week.
Fluent in German and good understanding of English
